All manuscripts submitted for consideration towards publication will be initially reviewed by the editorial team, and short listed for double blind peer review.

Manuscript Submission Guidelines
The following guidelines provide the necessary instructions for writing and submitting a manuscript to be considered for publication in Nations International Journal of Multidisciplinary Studies.

  • Originality: Submissions must be original and should not have been previously published or under consideration elsewhere for publication.
  • Anonymity: Manuscripts for publication consideration must be submitted anonymously. Please follow these instructions carefully.
  • Before preparing your submission, ensure that all identifying information, such as authors' names, affiliations, and acknowledgments, is removed from the document to maintain anonymity.
  • Include a separate cover letter providing your contact details, the title of the manuscript, and any relevant information about the study.
  • Submit the anonymous manuscript and cover letter through the OJS ensuring that the document properties do not reveal any identifying information.
  • Upon submission, our editorial team will review your manuscript anonymously, and if accepted for publication, we will work with you to finalize the disclosure of authors' identities. Thank you for adhering to these guidelines, which are crucial to maintain a fair and unbiased peer-review process.
  • Harvard Referencing: The manuscript must adhere to the Harvard referencing guidelines. All in-text citations, references, and tables should follow the Harvard convention format.
  • Title Page: The title page of the manuscript should contain the full title of the article. See instructions above about maintaining Please allow 4-6 weeks for a decision.
  • Formatting: The manuscript should be presented in MS Word format (.doc or .docx). Use Times New Roman font with a font size of 12 points, double spacing, and one-inch margins.
  • Word Count: The word count for the manuscript should be between 1,500 to 4,000 words, excluding in-text citations and the list of references.
  • Abstract and Keywords: Include an abstract of maximum 200 words and up to 5 key words or short phrases summarizing the content of the manuscript.
  • Figures and Tables: High-resolution figures, including illustrations, tables, and graphs, should be included. The minimum resolution for images should be 300 pixels per inch. Each figure and table should have a descriptive caption (e.g., Figure 1: Pie chart representing...) and should be numbered consecutively. Place the figures and tables within the relevant sections of the manuscript.
  • Copyrighted Material: If using image files or screenshots from the internet or other sources, ensure you have written permission for reproduction from the copyright owner, if applicable.
  • Ethical Guidelines: The manuscript must adhere to strict ethical guidelines, including the avoidance of plagiarism.
  • Copy right: The author (s) retain all copy rights to works accepted and published in the Nations Journal of Graduate Studies.

The Peer Review Process
Submission which are short listed by the editorial team are subject to a double-blind peer review process. Eachmanuscript will be evaluated against the criteria outlined in the guidelines for authors, and those which are shorted listed will be sent for peer review. The journal welcomes submissions from all disciplines. However, submissions should demonstrate an engagement with current scholarshipand make a significant contribution to the field.All manuscripts submitted for publication consideration must be the author’s original work, has not been published previously, or is not currently under review for publication with another journal.

On completion of the peer review process, authors will be notified of the decision (acceptance, revision, or rejection) based on the reviewer's recommendations.
