Nations International Journal of Multidisciplinary Studies is pleased to publish Volume 1, Issue 2, bringing together a diverse collection of scholarly contributions across education, public policy, health, governance, technology, organisational development, and institutional reform. This issue reflects the journal’s commitment to multidisciplinary inquiry and to research that addresses practical, social, and policy-relevant challenges in Guyana, the wider Caribbean, and international contexts.

The articles in this issue examine a broad range of contemporary concerns, including teacher leadership in the age of artificial intelligence, digital citizenship in secondary education, school-based mental health interventions, AI ethics and accountability in policing, workforce development policy, leadership and management development, maternal health outcomes, accounting information systems, and institutional responses to sexual misconduct. Collectively, these contributions demonstrate the value of research that connects theory, evidence, and practice.

This issue also highlights the importance of context-sensitive scholarship.
